CV, possible application and certificates

We collect information when you submit your CV or apply for a position we are dealing with. We may also request certificates, diplomas, etc.

We may store e-mail correspondence and notes in our systems. Test responses are not stored in our systems, but by our partners (AON and SHL).

How do we use the data?

We use the data you provide to obtain an overall view of your expertise and experience. We assess whether you are relevant for present and future positions or boardroom appointments which we are recruiting for on behalf of our clients.

Clients

We transfer the necessary information to clients when you have consented to this. You could give such consent when you apply for a position or after we have contacted you about a vacant position.

Sharing with third-party providers

We work with other companies or individuals who carry out assignments on our behalf. We use the Filefinder database system and Microsoft365, for example, have servers with ABS Net and carry out testing with AON and SHL.
